Kreativni pogon iz Novog Sada se bavi novim i angažovanim formama performansa i u prvi plan stavlja savremeni cirkus. Autorski projekat „Work in Прогрес„ govori specifičnim jezikom, teatra pokreta, manipulacije objektima, savremenog plesa i cirkusa.  Predstava se bavi pravom na rad i položajem malog čoveka u sistemu kojim vlada krupni kapital, spreman da samelje svakog, ako je potrebno i više puta.
