Stative is a joint project of two circus artists from very different backgrounds, brought together by one shared feeling: a lifelong sense of being on the verge of scoring a goal, yet always ending with the same result – hitting the goalpost.
A rectangle of green grass, a stand for handstands, a rig for aerial acrobatics, white juggling balls, two musical instruments, and two bodies are the tools through which the performers search for an answer to their question – will they ever score that goal?
Quoz a’Durac is a duo of two artists who share both life and a love for circus. It was born out of an organic need to create. The members of the duo are Klara Barišić and Domagoj Šoić. Stative is their first joint project, created in 2023 and premiered at KUF in Zagreb.
